PAYMENT

Milk Boutique currently accepts payment in the form of credit card (American Express, Visa, and Master Card). All purchases shipped within California will be charged sales tax.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received before 5pm Monday-Friday PST (Pacific Time) will be processed within 24-48 hours pending item availability and credit card approval. Any order received after 5pm PST will be processed the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on all US domestic orders as well as paid UPS, FedEx, and USPS Expedited shipping options. Paid shipping and handling costs are based on delivery service, price and weight of the item, insurance, and destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer $20 flat rate international shipping via USPS Priority International service (typically 10-14 day delivery time depending on the destination) or UPS and FedEx international shipping for an additional cost. All international shipping costs are based on delivery service, price, weight, destination, and insurance. 

Milk Boutique is required to accurately declare all items at their full price on customs forms and packing slips and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees or ship them as gifts. PLEASE NOTE: All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse your shipment from Milk Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Milk Boutique. We do not issue refunds for returned packages however, customers may pay to have their packages reshipped once they're returned.  Customers who wish to have their packages resent must contact Milk Boutique and pay the shipping fees. 

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

For customers located in Los Angeles, we also offer paid Postmates delivery or free in-store pick up.

FOOTWEAR / OVERSIZE PACKAGES

We try our best to ship all footwear in its shoebox however, due to the extra expense of shipping oversize packages, we cannot guarantee it. Customers who wish to have the original shoebox mailed should contact us directly via email prior to placing their order to arrange payment and delivery options.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO ORDERS

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes. If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to us right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact us right away. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away. Unfortunately after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Milk Boutique does not offer refunds. If you wish to return an item, you may return it to us within 14 days (2 weeks) after receiving your order for exchange or store credit only.  Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order and MUST include a Return Authorization code (see below). All sales after 14 days are final.

We ask that you ensure all items remain unused and are returned in their original package with all tags attached. Please note: ALL ACCESSORIES, SHOES, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exceptions.  

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email [email protected] to receive an Return Authorization code. This code is required for us to accept any returns/exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. 

Milk Boutique has the right to deny any refund that does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PRICE MATCHING

One-time price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of online order ship date are offered at the discretion of Milk Boutique. Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want.
