Jonathan Simkhai's Vivian Fringe Mini Dress is constructed from a custom motif jacquard brocade in a glittering periwinkle hue. Wrapped cowl neckline and exposed open back cast an effeminate silhouette that falls into a fluid, fringed and layered wrap skirt.
