Caroline Constas's Margo Gown has a unique shape with two ruffled leg slits on each side of the full, flowy skirt. The top is smocked elastic and fitted with thin straps and a sleeveless silhouette. This cotton-poplin gown is complete with tiny ruffles along the neckline.
