SHIPPING
Domestic: we use FEDEX. Fifteen dollars for three day, twenty dollars for two day and fifty dollars for overnight.
International: An eighty dollar shipping fee.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party.
Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are based on the flat rates listed above.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Orders received after 1:00 PM EST are shipped the following day.
All orders received after 1:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.

We deliver to most countries in the world.

The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.


PAYMENT

Ordering Online. Place a credit card order online using our Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Please call the store directly regarding payment with a money order or check.


RETURNS

Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received within seven days of return request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Milk has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, bags, and accessories except shoes. All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" is FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds are allowed. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Email us at shopatmilk@yahoo.com with your rerturn request and we will email you back with a return authorization number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
